Finance Manager | 8-10 Month Contract | Perth Eastern Suburbs

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join an established not for profit organisation within the healthcare sector.

This is an 8-10 month leave cover opportunity, requiring an immediate start or someone who can commence at very short notice.

The Role

You will take ownership of the finance function, overseeing financial operations and providing accurate reporting and insights to support the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing month end processes and financial reporting
- Preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Managing financial compliance and internal controls
- Providing financial analysis to support business decisions
- Partnering with senior management and operational stakeholders
- Supporting process improvements and audit requirements

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who can hit the ground running with minimal handover.

Ideally, you will bring:

- CA or CPA qualification, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
- Strong financial and management accounting capabilities
- Previous not for profit experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills




- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

Immediate availability or the ability to commence at short notice is essential.
