About the role

With a national delivery capability, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by sector focused knowledge and experience.

As the Project Director for this project, you will be responsible for the planning and the delivery of the project, from commencement through to completion, and will provide leadership and governance to the construction team to ensure that all contract requirements are met whilst also ensuring that Company requirements for health and safety, environment, sustainability, procurement, quality, time, reputation and profit objectives are also achieved.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of a long-term project in Perth
- Plan and deliver the project from commencement through to completion
- Provide leadership and governance to the construction team
- Ensure all contract requirements are met
- Ensure Company requirements for health and safety, environment, sustainability, procurement, quality, time, reputation and profit objectives are achieved

About you
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction,



with demonstrated experience leading the Planning and Delivery of large-scale defence, commercial, healthcare, or high-rise projects, valued $100m+
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering or related discipline
- Strong and proven strategic planning and project governance capabilities
- Exceptional leadership skills, with proven experience managing large, multi-disciplinary project teams, across delivery, commercial and risk, EHS, and quality
- Proven experience dealing with, negotiating with, and reporting to high level stakeholders, both internal and external, including Clients, Government Bodies, Subcontractors and Consultants
- Exceptional communication problem solving and decision-making skills, with high level adaptability, integrity, and collaboration
