About the Role Working as part of a busy production team, you'll play an important role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating and monitoring production and packaging machinery
- Packing, labelling and palletising finished products




- Assisting with production line setup and changeovers
- Conducting quality checks on products and packaging
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Supporting the wider production team with general manufacturing duties

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, packing or machine operation is preferred but not essential – training will be provided
- Machine operating experience highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety
- Physically capable of performing hands-on production duties
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
