Job Description

Position: Bottle Shop Sales Assistant Location: Broome, Western Australia. Employer Name: Divers Tavern Type: Full-time Number of positions: 2 Salary: $71,500 - $80,000 commensurate with skills and experience. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Retail sale of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ice and snacks.
- Assist customers with choices, recommend wines.
- Receive payments visa cash and EFTPOS.
- Restock display shelves and perform stocktake.
- Display sale items in an attractive way.
- Assist with ordering of stock.
- Operate a forklift to unload retail goods.
- Comply with liquor licencing and RSA.
- Provide support to the tavern team when required.
- Other general bottle shop duties as required.

Essential:

- At least one year of work experience as a Sales Assistant.
- Retail experience.
- RSA Certificate.
- Forklift ticket.




- Able to work weekends and on a roster system.
- Able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced workplace.
- Professional attitude.
- High level of English language.
- Must be able to commit to long-term employment.

Desirable:

- Experience working in remote areas.
- Drivers licence.
- Police Clearance.
