Lotter Corp is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, driven and people-focused Operations Supervisor to join our senior leadership team.

Based in a major Regional hub in Victoria, this is an exciting opportunity for an established McDonald's leader who is ready to take the next step and make an impact beyond the four walls of a restaurant.

As Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strengthening business performance and developing the next generation of leaders across our restaurants.

The Opportunity

Working closely with Restaurant Managers and their leadership teams, you will have the opportunity to influence performance, develop talent and help shape the future direction of Lotter Corp.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Operational Excellence: Drive QSC, sales, profitability and operational performance, ensuring consistently high standards across our restaurants.

- Leadership Development: Coach, mentor and develop Restaurant Managers, managers and emerging leaders.

- Talent & Succession Planning: Identify future talent, build leadership capability and develop strong succession plans.

- Training & Development:



Lead training initiatives, support traineeships and implement structured development programs.

- Business Performance: Analyse results, identify opportunities, understand root causes and translate insights into meaningful action plans.

- Culture & Accountability: Build a culture of ownership, accountability, high standards and continuous improvement.

- Safety & Compliance: Champion workplace safety, compliance and McDonald's operational standards.

- Community & Relationships: Build strong relationships with our people, local schools, community organisations and key stakeholders.

- Business Growth: Play an active role in delivering the Lotter Corp Business Plan and supporting our continued growth.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, thrives on achieving results and has the confidence to lead and influence others.

You will ideally bring:

- Strong McDonald's management experience and a sound understanding of restaurant operations.

- A genuine passion for developing people and building leadership capability.

- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to analyse business data and turn insights into action.

- Confidence in having challenging conversations and holding people accountable.





- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- The ability to work autonomously while influencing and supporting multiple restaurant teams.

- A proactive mindset, strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing.

- Values, integrity and the ability to lead by example.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel.

Experience in training, coaching, traineeships and succession planning will be highly regarded.
