Casual Hotel Services Roles – Aged Care | Joondalup (Oxford Gardens)

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Hotel Services team members to join our residential aged care team at our Oxford Gardens site in Joondalup. A variety of casual shifts are available across weekdays and weekends to support operational needs.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role supporting essential services within our facility, including kitchen, cleaning, and laundry duties.

To be considered for this role you must be available on both weekdays and weekend shifts as required.

Contracts will be negotiated with successful candidates, with permanent part-time and casual shifts presented.

It is essential you have experience with Kitchenhand, Laundry & Cleaning services. Candidates that meet the criteria of this role will be considered.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

To be successful, you must have:

- Previous experience in a similar role, including commercial kitchen duties (aged care or similar setting preferred)
- Knowledge of cooking and food preparation, including safe meal handling and presentation
- Understanding of food safety practices, including temperature control and danger zones




- Familiarity with International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) levels
- Experience in cleaning and/or laundry services
- A caring, positive attitude and commitment to supporting older people
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and problem-solve effectively

Mandatory Requirements

- Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
- Current National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
