To meet the needs of our business, we are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses with dementia care expertise to join our Madeley site on a permanent part-time basis, working 14 hours per fortnight.

Located in Madeley, our 110-bed facility provides both dementia-specific and non-dementia-specific care.

The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, working alongside registered nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services and site administration staff. Together, we deliver high-quality care that promotes choice, independence and a meaningful quality of life for our residents.

About You
You bring compassion, clinical expertise and a commitment to person-centred care. In this role, you’ll deliver secure, respectful and individualised support that reflects each resident’s values and preferences. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and continence care
- Supporting nutrition, hydration, and medication administration
- Facilitating mobility and providing wound care
- Encouraging companionship and social engagement
- Taking ownership of specialist clinical portfolios, which may include the following areas:
- Continence, nutrition and weight management
- Wound and falls management
- Behaviours of concern and pain management
- Medication administration and infection control

To Be Successful, You Will Have:





- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A First Aid Certificate issued within the past 3 years and a CPR Certificate issued within the past 12 months
- NDIS clearance
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in aged care, with a focus on dementia care
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Leadership qualities and the ability to guide shifts with empathy and provide mentorship
