- Knowledge of predictive modelling, data preparation, model evaluation, and communicating analytical findings.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with care for data quality and methodological limitations.
- Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate constructively with colleagues from different functions and areas of expertise.
- Interest in technology, innovation, and the responsible use of data to address business challenges.

Responsibilities

- Analyse large and complex datasets using appropriate statistical, machine learning, and exploratory techniques.
- Develop, test, and refine predictive models to support business growth, planning, and informed decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, frame analytical questions,

and identify data-driven solutions.
- Investigate existing and new data sources, assess their suitability, and develop effective approaches to extract useful information.
- Translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations for senior leaders and other stakeholders.
- Build, improve, and maintain data pipelines and related infrastructure in collaboration with relevant technical colleagues.
- Document analytical processes, assumptions, and results to support transparency, consistency, and future use.
- Monitor developments in data science and machine learning, and evaluate techniques that may improve the quality or relevance of analysis.

Benefits This opportunity offers the chance to work on complex analytical challenges and contribute to decisions with practical business impact. You will collaborate with people across different functions, apply a broad range of data science methods, and continue developing your technical and communication skills. The role provides scope to explore data sources, improve analytical processes, and contribute to evolving data capabilities. Specific employment conditions and benefits can be discussed during the recruitment process.
