The role:

- Service and retain an established commercial portfolio ranging from SME to large corporate clients.




- Lead strategic renewal processes, program reviews, and remarketing negotiations with key domestic and international underwriters.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with business owners, CFOs, and key corporate decision makers.
- Direct day to day processing, policy documentation, and administrative workflow alongside dedicated support staff.
- Collaborate with internal claims specialists to ensure seamless advocacy and outcomes for your clients.

About you:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Broker Assistant, Account Executive, or Broker within a commercial insurance brokerage.
- Strong technical capability across general commercial insurance lines and complex package policies.
- Tier 1 insurance qualification required (or Diploma in Financial Services highly regarded).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proactive, client first mindset with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
