Lawyer / Associate | Banking & Finance (2 to 5 Years PAE)

Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate finance documentation across a range of banking and finance transactions
- Manage transaction processes from inception through to settlement
- Advise clients on property and construction finance matters
- Liaise directly with major banks, lenders, borrowers and other stakeholders
- Support partners on complex and high value transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery

About You

- Admitted lawyer with 2 to 5 years post admission experience in Banking & Finance
- Experience drafting and negotiating finance documentation
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Excellent communication, drafting and research skills
- Ability to manage matters autonomously while working effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to career development
