Senior Dayforce System Administrator - Payroll
6-month contract | Potential extension

We're seeking an experienced Dayforce System Administrator to support an in-house payroll team through the replacement of Preceda, including testing, parallel runs, go-live and stabilisation.

Working alongside the SI you'll provide hands-on system guidance, answer questions and build the team's confidence in using Dayforce effectively.

Key responsibilities

- Support payroll SMEs through testing and parallel payroll runs, helping resolve system queries and reduce delays

- Identify opportunities to improve system usage, processes and efficiency

- Help the team understand Dayforce functionality, including Time & Attendance components supporting payroll





- Liaise with Deloitte on issues requiring configuration changes, which remain with the implementation partner

- Provide experienced guidance through go-live and post-launch support

About you

- Robust Dayforce system administration experience, particularly across Payroll and relevant Time & Attendance functionality

- Previous involvement in implementations, testing, parallel runs and go-live

- Confident troubleshooting issues and translating system functionality into practical guidance

- Approachable and proactive, with the ability to build confidence within an internal payroll team
