What we're looking for

Significant post-qualification legal experience (typically 10+ years) gained in a reputable law firm environment or equivalent

An established practice or following with demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients

Proven ability to manage client relationships strategically and deliver high-quality legal services

Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial aspects of legal practice

Leadership qualities with experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
