Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Manager role is an exciting opportunity to combine your commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and passion for innovative healthcare technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

- Drive adoption and sales growth of Medtronic's ENT portfolio by partnering with ENT surgeons, theatre teams, and healthcare stakeholders across your assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Build trusted partnerships with ENT specialists, key opinion leaders, nursing staff, and hospital decision-makers, becoming a valued clinical and commercial resource within the specialty.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of ENT procedures through effective territory planning, account development, and targeted customer engagement.
- Provide expert product support in the operating theatre and clinical environment, ensuring healthcare professionals are confident in the use of Medtronic's innovative ENT technologies and surgical solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, clinical education sessions, and training programs that enhance customer expertise and improve patient care outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons
