About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead onsite operations for a major solar farm construction project located in the Fraser Coast region of Queensland.

This is a hands on leadership role responsible for managing daily construction activities, coordinating people and resources, driving productivity and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will play a critical role in maintaining project momentum, managing site challenges and developing a strong, accountable team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily site operations across mechanical installation activities.
- Coordinate supervisors, leading hands, operators, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Drive construction productivity and ensure works are delivered in line with project schedules and targets.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements, procedures and standards.
- Monitor workforce performance, plant utilisation, resources and project progress.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges to minimise delays and improve efficiency.




- Oversee quality assurance activities and ensure installations meet engineering specifications and project requirements.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to manage project priorities, risks and resource requirements.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Provide transparent direction, coaching and support to site leaders and their teams.
- Ensure accurate daily reporting of production, labour, plant and site activities.
