Platypus Shoes Whitford is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team and champion sales performance. You will work closely with an Assistant Store Manager and Area Manager to drive growth, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and maintain high visual merchandising standards in a busy retail setting.

You will coach and develop staff, manage rosters and wage costs, and ensure OH&S; compliance while guiding the store towards operational excellence and robust customer satisfaction.
