Licences 4 Work is currently seeking an experienced Reach Stacker Trainer & Assessor to deliver workplace-based training and assessment throughout Melbourne and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a motivated and industry-experienced trainer with strong operational knowledge of Reach Stackers and the ability to deliver engaging, compliant, and high-quality training programs that meet both client and regulatory requirements.

About Licences 4 Work

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Reach Stacker training and conducting accredited assessments in workplace environments. You will work closely with clients to ensure participants gain the skills, knowledge, and practical experience required to operate safely and competently.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering Reach Stacker training and assessment programs within workplace environments
- Conducting practical and theoretical assessments in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ensuring training documentation and assessment records are completed accurately
- Maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and participants
- Travelling to client sites across Melbourne and surrounding regional areas as required
- Maintaining industry currency and compliance with RTO standards





Must have the following units to be able to deliver the course:

- TLILIC0011 - Licence to Operate a Reach Stacker

What You'll Need

- Hold TLILIC0011 UOC (or equivalent) and HRWL for RS
- Hold a current WorkSafe Accredited Assessor Card
- Have a minimum of 2 years' relevant industry experience and be able to demonstrate currency
- Hold TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Be passionate about training and helping others achieve their goals
- Be reliable, professional and committed to delivering a high standard of training
- Additional qualifications, licences and industry currency will be highly regarded.
