Bethesda Health Care is seeking an experienced full time Clinical Nurse Manager for Palliative Care in Perth. The role leads the inpatient unit, directing a multidisciplinary team and aligning governance, HR, and budgeting to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

The incumbent will work closely with the Director of Nursing and drive improvements in clinical practice, resource planning and service delivery within a supportive, values-based hospital culture.
