The Autism Association of WA is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist – AAC to lead specialist AAC practice across the organisation in Perth. You will champion communication access, mentor clinicians, guide referrals and service pathways, and manage resources and equipment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver training and clinical leadership, while maintaining a small caseload. The role focuses on inclusion, neuroaffirming practice, and meaningful communication for Autistic
