Thales seeks a proactive HSE Advisor to champion Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across their Mulwala construction projects and site operations. The role focuses on enforcing HSE systems, auditing sites, coaching leaders, and driving incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

The successful candidate will bring experience in HSE advisory roles, a solid grasp of WHS legislation, and a Certificate IV/Diploma in WHS, with the ability to work on-site and foster a robust safety
