SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join the Modbury Hospital Allied Health team. You will deliver evidence-based exercise physiology interventions to older adults and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and discharge planning.

This temporary full time role runs through to 30 June 2027, with pro rata salary bands for AHP1 and AHP2.
