Lumi Dining Pty Ltd in Pyrmont is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at a waterfront dining room. You will own daily operations, deliver premium guest experiences and drive a qualified, motivated team.

Key responsibilities include overseeing service standards, staff recruitment and training, reservations and events, and monitoring revenue and costs. Availability for evening/weekend shifts and NSW RSA compliance are required.
