Responsibilities

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Provide attentive care to infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in educational activities that stimulate cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
- Monitor children’s progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development, daily activities, and any concerns.




- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom workplace.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of infant care practices and childhood development principles.
- Experience in special education or working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Background in nannying, babysitting, or caregiving for children is beneficial.
- Proven ability to educate and engage young learners through creative teaching methods.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
