We are looking for Chefs to assist us across event days in Perth, as well as those looking to pick up regular shifts.

The ideal candidate has:
- Demonstrable experience with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
- Previous experience with A la carte style will be highly regarded
- A love for your work and for the industry
- A minimum Commercial Cookery Certificate III (or equivalent)
- The right to work within Australia
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
- HACCP standards, WH&S; & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
- Uniform: Traditional Chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
- A Working with Children Check is highly advantageous
