Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a Multi-Classed Leader for the GEM Service in Strathalbyn. The role offers clinical leadership across geriatric rehabilitation, program development, and cross-disciplinary care, with emphasis on quality and patient outcomes.
