Metcash Limited is seeking a Deputy Company Secretary to act as 2IC to the Group Company Secretary, shaping governance across a large, complex group. You’ll partner with senior leaders, Boards and Committees to strengthen governance and deliver practical, commercial solutions.

You will lead subsidiary governance, oversee statutory compliance, corporate records and governance frameworks, while coaching junior team members and driving improvements in processes and risk management.
