For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to lead a team of RN's, EN's and PCA's at Wallan Community Aged Care. You will shape and embed clinical care systems, mentor staff, and drive outcomes to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
You will work closely with Clinical Managers to ensure funding, accreditation and compliance requirements are met, while supporting commissioning activities for a brand-recent home.
