Mecwacare is seeking two full time Client Services roles based at our Geelong office to roster Direct Care Workers and nurses, manage calls and rostering changes, and keep records up to date. You will work with case managers, clients and field staff to ensure services run smoothly.
We value practical problem-solving, strong MS Office skills and knowledge of rostering systems such as Carelink+. A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Victorian Driver's Licence are required.
