Dynamic Asphalt and Civil Pty Ltd, a leading provider of high-quality civil construction services, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Labourer/Asphalter to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Croydon South, VIC 3136, and offers the opportunity to be a part of exciting projects that shape the local community.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing site for asphalt works by operating machinery and hand tools or assisting operator
- Assisting with the installation of asphalt, pavement, and other civil construction materials
- Performing general labouring duties, including loading/unloading equipment and materials, Boxing up
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Collaborating with the team to ensure the successful completion of projects
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in concreting, asphalting, or general construction work
- Solid physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools and construction equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Commitment to safety and a willingness to learn
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
- Must have truck license
