Harvey's Hot Sandwiches isn't fast food — it's a craft QSR concept built around premium produce, made-to-order sandwiches, and a team that genuinely cares about what they serve. Since opening at Parramatta Square back in 2019, we've built a loyal following with growth year upon year.

Now, with a new flagship CBD location confirmed for Q4 2026, we're building the leadership team that gets us there.

The Role

Full-time | 5-day rotating roster | Rotating Weekend availability required.

We're looking for a hands-on leader — someone who leads from the floor, holds quality standards without compromise, and brings the best out of the team around them.

Day to day, you'll be:

- Running shifts end-to-end — floor, kitchen, and team
- Training, coaching, and developing a team that takes real pride in the product
- Upholding recipe standards,



food safety, and kitchen hygiene across every service
- Driving sales targets and service goals across the full trading day
- Managing staff performance and rostering to meet labour and service targets
- Championing the guest experience — every sandwich, every service, every time

About You

- 3 years minimum in a restaurant manager role in QSR, fast casual, or similar hospitality
- Experienced across both front and back of house operations
- A genuine passion for food quality and team culture — not just ticking boxes
- Robust communicator who can lead, motivate, and hold a diverse team accountable
- Proven ability to meet performance, sales, and service KPIs
- Full working rights in Australia
