Fairholme College in Toowoomba invites applications for a Boarder House Supervisor to support boarding students aged 11–18. The role is full time with regular overnight shifts and on-site accommodation. You will foster a caring, inclusive community, prioritise safety and wellbeing, and work closely with staff and families.

The successful candidate will bring experience in youth work or education, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to the welfare of boarders in a vibrant school setting.
