Motionwave Technologies Pty Ltd is hiring to help existing and new customers with Microsoft Cloud Platform issues. You will manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, handle accounts, and troubleshoot the virtual desktop and DNS-related tasks.

The role also covers Windows Server maintenance, desktop support for Windows 10+, and ongoing R&D; to deepen knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure. Solid communication and autonomous work style are essential, with experience in Autotask.
