Thurgoona Early Learning Centre is an architecturally designed early childhood education and care service in Thurgoona catering for ages 3 months to 5 years.
We are seeking a reliable, experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The role will involve ensuring our common areas are consistently presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties across the service including reception, learning spaces, staffroom and bathrooms.
- Regularly clean and sanitise high-touch surfaces and equipment.
- Assist with laundry, rubbish removal, and replenishment of cleaning and hygiene supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience .
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Work Monday to Friday, 5 hours a day from 12pm to 5pm
- Must have, or willing to obtain, a NSW Working with Children Check.
- A positive attitude and commitment to supporting a clean, protected, and welcoming environment for our families.
