Mighty Moe's Pizza and Grill in Colac, VIC is seeking an experienced Chef to lead kitchen operations and maintain high food quality across the menu.
The role involves planning, preparing pizzas and grill items, coordinating daily production, monitoring ingredients and ensuring WHS and food safety compliance.
You will work with management to maintain recipe consistency, portion control and effective service during peak hours; a Certificate IV or higher in Commercial Cookery is preferred.
