AHS Group is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Used Equipment Trades and Aquistions to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in machinery, construction, agricultural, automotive, or equipment sales who enjoys building customer relationships and identifying purchasing opportunities.

Working across our extensive dealer network representing leading brands including Kubota, Krone, CASE Construction, Epiroc and more, you will play a key role in sourcing, appraising, purchasing, preparing and marketing used construction and agricultural equipment

About the role

As our Used Equipment Trades and Aquisitions, you will be responsible for supporting the entire used equipment sales journey, from identifying purchasing opportunities and conducting trade appraisals through to customer follow-up, machine presentation for final sale. You'll work closely with customers, workshops, marketing teams and internal stakeholders to maximise used equipment sales and purchassing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Source and evaluate quality used equipment opportunities.
- Conduct equipment trade appraisals and provide valuation recommendations.
- Attend auctions and monitor industry purchasing platforms.
- Prepare equipment for sale,



including presentation and detailing.
- Coordinate photography, advertising and online listings.
- Maintain accurate inventory, appraisal and customer records.
- Work closely with Workshop and Marketing teams to facilitate sales.

About you

- Experience in construction, agricultural, machinery, automotive or equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of used equipment values and market trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Solid organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience using CRM, inventory or sales management systems.
- A current driver's licence.
- Flexibility to travel regionally and interstate when required.
