Rydges Melbourne is seeking a Conference & Events Supervisor to lead the hands-on setup, execution and operation of conferences and events within a busy hotel workplace. You will ensure every function is delivered as outlined in the BEOs and provide outstanding banquet service to internal and external guests.

You will support the C&E; Ops Manager with cost control, inventory management and weekly beverage stocktakes, while coaching the team using the Banquet handbook and maintaining SOPs.
