Workshop Trade Assistant / Plumber - Full time 4/5-Day Role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trade Assistant / Workshop Labourer to join our team on a full-time basis, working either 4 or 5 days per week. Based at our Mount Kuring-Gai NSW facility, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills within a busy workshop setting. You will support our experienced tradespeople, gaining hands‑on experience in pump servicing, maintenance and repair work. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in the trades whilst contributing to our operational success.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting experienced tradespeople with pump servicing, maintenance and welding work.
- Preparing work areas, tools and equipment for daily operations
- Cleaning, maintaining and organising workshop equipment and facilities
- Performing general labouring duties including material handling and stock management




- Supporting the assembly and disassembly of pump skids
- Learning and following all health and safety procedures and protocols
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Supporting the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
