Animal Emergency Australia (AEA) is seeking a hands-on Nursing Leader for our Perth ECC hospital to lead, support and develop the veterinary nursing team. You’ll balance operational needs with staff wellbeing, coordinate rosters, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement in patient care.

We offer a permanent full-time role with a 76-hour fortnight, relocation support where applicable, and a range of staff advantages as part of Australia’s largest employee-owned emergency veterinary network.
