The Boathouse Balmoral is hiring several full time Chefs de Partie to join a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen by Balmoral Beach, Sydney. You’ll own your section, cook plates with pride, and mentor junior chefs under the guidance of an experienced team.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a busy kitchen, a calm, can-do attitude, and a commitment to high standards of food safety and presentation. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or international equivalent) is preferred.
