Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate transport bookings, delivery schedules and logistics documentation.
- Support shopfitting logistics and material deliveries for national retail projects.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely, clear information flow between clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide proactive client communication, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, changes and potential delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics challenges and find practical solutions.
- Deliver responsive customer service, with a strong focus on attention to detail, follow-through and a can-do attitude.
- Develop logistics knowledge and coordination skills through hands-on experience and strong mentorship.

Skills and Experience





- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Collaborative approach and commitment to delivering great customer service.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, logistics or a coordination role is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback and develop within a supportive, mentored environment.
