Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organised Receptionist to join our Moorebank team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage day-to-day reception duties, and provide essential administrative support to our office team.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor logs




- Provide general information about our products and services
- Support the team with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Skills & Experience

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
