STS Systems Australia is seeking a commercially minded Sales Representative to develop customers and project opportunities across the post-tensioning, concrete construction and civil infrastructure markets.

This is a predominantly field-based role combining recent business development, account management and technical product sales. You’ll work with contractors, engineers, precasters, distributors and project teams, taking opportunities from initial engagement through quotation, order and after-sales support.

The role

- Develop new customers and grow existing accounts
- Identify and pursue construction and infrastructure project opportunities
- Plan regular customer visits and manage your territory
- Prepare quotations from drawings, specifications and customer requirements
- Provide practical product and application support
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
- Work with operations and technical teams to ensure successful order delivery
- Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities.

About you

- Technical B2B sales,



account management or business development experience
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications or project documentation
- Experience preparing quotations and customer proposals
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
- Experience in post-tensioning, prestressing, concrete, civil construction or construction equipment would be advantageous but is not essential.

What we offer

- A$65,000–85,000 base + super + company car + commission, together with product training and support from STS Australia and the wider HMI Group technical, product, sourcing, quality and manufacturing teams.
