Elevate Talent Solution is supporting an insurance client with a Corporate Counsel prospect within its legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal – Corporate.

The role involves drafting and negotiating technology, procurement and outsourcing agreements, advising on software licensing, SaaS and cloud services, and supporting privacy, data protection and cyber security matters. It also includes assisting with M&A;, regulatory matters, and regulatory inquiries.
