Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Safeguarding Trainer to support our Victorian services during a period of growth. This fixed-term 6-month, field-based role involves traveling across our centres, coaching educators to embed safeguarding best practices and ensuring compliance.

You will deliver engaging face-to-face training, observe practice across centres, and partner with service leaders to drive continuous improvement while prioritizing child safety and quality in every interaction.
