About the Role

Alice Springs Toyotaare seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing effective administrative and front-desk support.

- Greet guests on arrival and assist with dealership enquiriesand Carwash queries
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
- Support the service and sales teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guests
- Manage the reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times
- Assist Marketing Manager with planning and booking events and social media
- Complete daily banking tasks including spreadsheets & preparing banking bags
- Maintain inventory levels and liaise with vendors for office supply needs

Skills & Experience





- Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Monday to Friday role with flexible hours (to discuss with applicant)
