ING is seeking a Team Lead AML – Fraud in Melbourne (or Sydney) for a 16-week fixed-term contract. You will guide a team of compliance officers, review SMRs, and help uplift processes while ensuring regulatory obligations. Start ASAP, with balance across major Australian cities.

You’ll mentor staff, manage KPIs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high compliance standards and effective risk controls. This role is a in-demand gateway into ING’s Australia operations.
