Pizza Riviera is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead one of our busy stores and oversee day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about people, quality, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Staff rostering and workforce planning in line with business needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies
- Oversee stock control, ordering and waste management
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness,



food quality and presentation
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business targets

About you

- Proven experience as a Store Manager in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
- Confident with rostering, stock control and reporting
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Organised, reliable and adaptable
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
