Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioner to join the Adult Step-Up Step-Down service in Gladstone on a fixed-term, part time basis. You will support adults with mental health challenges to achieve personal recovery goals within a recovery-oriented framework.

The role involves 24/7 residential service, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with families and external services. Qualifications include a Certificate IV and First Aid/ CPR.
