Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioner to support young people (12-25) recovering from first-episode psychosis. This permanent full time role is outreach-based across Mackay, with flexibility for office or home work, aiming to help clients achieve recovery goals and engage in education, employment and community life.
