The role

As Investor Relations Manager, you’ll own the investor journey from first enquiry through to a completed investment and ongoing support. You’ll present the fund’s strategy and structure to prospective investors, guide them and their advisers through application and onboarding and keep your pipeline moving toward our asset-raising targets.

What will you be doing?

- Presenting the fund’s strategy, structure and eligibility requirements to prospective investors
- Managing each opportunity from enquiry through to completed investment
- Working with investors, accountants, trustees, administrators and other professional stakeholders
- Coordinating the registration and administration of shares or units with internal and external parties
- Keeping CRM records and deal-flow pipelines accurate and up to date
- Reporting to management on investor activity, pipeline progress, conversion rates and expected capital inflows
- Responding to enquiries from existing investors and their advisers
- Building trusted relationships that give investors confidence in the fund and encourage them to recommend it

What are we looking for?

- Ideally: exposure in investor relations, property, funds management, wealth management, financial advice or a similar investor-facing role
- A track record of converting enquiries into completed sales
- Confidence presenting investment strategy and structure to investors and professional advisers
- Experience working with accountants, trustees, administrators or advisers
- Strong written and verbal communication and the discipline to follow up and keep a pipeline current
- Proficiency with a CRM and comfort preparing pipeline and activity reports
- Genuine interest in building a career in funds management
