Start Your Career Somewhere You Can Truly Grow.
What if you could join a supportive, growing multidisciplinary clinic where you're encouraged to learn, develop your clinical skills and become the therapist you want to be?
At MyRecovery, we're building a clinic where therapists feel genuinely supported, families feel understood, and children are given every opportunity to thrive.
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our established OT team in Campbelltown, with an anticipated start in January or February 2027.
Whether you're graduating this year or have already gained some experience, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work alongside experienced Occupational Therapists who can provide mentoring, guidance and clinical support while giving you the opportunity to develop your own therapeutic approach and confidence.
We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, cares about the families they work with and wants to grow with us.
Why Join MyRecovery?
MyRecovery is a growing allied health clinic based in Campbelltown, supporting children and families throughout the Macarthur and surrounding communities.
We believe great therapy starts with therapists who feel valued, supported and genuinely enjoy what they do.
Here's what you can expect:
- Supportive mentoring and supervision: Work alongside experienced paediatric OTs with opportunities for regular clinical guidance, case discussions and ongoing development.
- A welcoming multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists in a friendly, team-focused setting.
- A gradual and supported transition:
Build your confidence and caseload progressively, with guidance as you develop your clinical skills.
- Genuine clinical autonomy: Develop your own therapeutic style and bring your ideas to the team, knowing support is available when you need it.
- Professional development opportunities: Annual CPD support and encouragement to explore areas of clinical interest.
- Work-life balance: Flexible working arrangements and a workplace that values your wellbeing.
- Administrative support: Assistance with bookings, scheduling, invoicing and general administration so you can focus on your clients.
- Long-term career opportunities: Be part of a growing clinic with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress professionally as the business develops.
About the Role
As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at MyRecovery, you'll support children and their families to develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to participate in everyday life.
Your work will include:
- Providing individualised Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions for children and adolescents.
- Supporting children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation challenges and difficulties with everyday activities.
- Developing meaningful,
family-centred therapy goals and intervention plans.
- Delivering therapy within our clinic and, where appropriate, in schools, childcare centres and community settings.
- Working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, educators and other allied health professionals.
- Preparing clinical documentation, progress reports and therapy recommendations.
- Participating in mentoring, clinical discussions and ongoing professional development.
- Contributing ideas and helping shape the continued growth of our Occupational Therapy service.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a varied paediatric caseload while developing your confidence and clinical interests.
About You

- Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration before commencing employment.
- An interest in working with children and families.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with others.
- A positive attitude, initiative and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
